Do you want a better understanding of Avaya’s maintenance and services portfolio? “If the answer is yes, you should consider joining our council,” says Nick Kwiatkowski, chair. “Our goal is to be a sounding board and feedback loop for Avaya on all of its maintenance products, including those that cover the Aura Communication Manager and IP Office product lines,” says Nick. “The council is an excellent channel for members to influence the services that Avaya offers to its customer base.”
Generally, the council works with Avaya to talk about new service offerings, new maintenance workflows, and related products that affect how Avaya provides services to customers, such as SAL Gateway, PLDS, and the Avaya Support site.
“Our members typically learn about new offerings well ahead of their general availability, as well as the intricate workflows that typically need to happen for maintenance and services to be delivered correctly,” Nick says. “Our council helps Avaya make good decisions on its maintenance and services offerings, creating a better experience for all parties.”
